I'm Gargi. I'm an experience designer, researcher and meaning maker. I've previously worked as a product designer for fintech and health-tech projects.
I was born in India and later moved to the States, an experience that gave me a front-row seat to what I call immigrant whiplash. Navigating new systems, unspoken rules, and shifting identities shaped how I approach design: with curiosity and adaptability. I believe the best products don’t just solve problems, they challenge assumptions, empower people, and create moments of delight.
Education
In 2024, I got my masters in Interaction design from California college of the arts in San Francisco.I learnt about design research, strategy, prototyping, testing, leadership, and storytelling
Social Impact
I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Presidio Trust, a nonprofit focused on preserving and enhancing the Presidio, to improve the visitor experience at the Presidio Field Station.

Hobbies
In my free time, you can find me on a hike or a run, I'm currently training for my first half marathon!
