The way the boxes were categorized and organized caused confusion for patients. The system sold SKUs as single units or in packs of three. However, it counted a pack of three SKUs as a single unit for eligibility purposes.

After discussing with the team and several iterations we decided to go with a more visual infographic that clearly displayed progress.

LEARNING

Zooming in and zooming out

Zooming in and zooming out

Zooming in and zooming out

Sometimes you need to step back and look at your designs with fresh eyes. Focusing too much on the details can make you lose sight of the bigger picture, while staying too high-level can make you never deliver the required design.

Keep your team informed

A big lesson I’ve learned is how important it is to keep your team in the loop when managing multiple projects. Being open about priorities, progress, and any roadblocks helps everyone stay on the same page.
